At AnSa, every product is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted, making each piece unique. Minor variations in detailing, prints, weaves, colour, or texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects. Slight differences due to monitor settings are normal and not reasons for return, and any damage caused by incorrect wash or care methods will not be eligible for exchange or refund. All orders go through a thorough quality check before shipping, and returns or refunds are entertained only in rare cases of delivery of wrong or defective products.
As customer satisfaction is very important to us, we provide exchanges with certain conditions. Please read our Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Cancellation terms carefully.
